Error Codes
If an error code is displayed, the box will need to be power cycled to clear the error. If the error persists, please contact support.
| Error Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 1 | E-Stop has been triggered |
| 2 | Failure to initialize onboard storage |
| 3 | Failure to initialize audio system |
| 4 | Failure to initialize network hardware |
| 5 | Failure to retrieve internal configuration |
| 6 | Failure to initialize one or more relays |
| 7 | Unhandled fatal error |
